As a drop shipping service, Discipline Therapy facilitates your purchase by processing orders and coordinating with suppliers. We do not manufacture, store, handle, or ship the products. All aspects of shipping, including packing, handling, and delivery, are the sole responsibility of our suppliers and their chosen shipping carriers.

Once you place an order on our website:

  • We forward your order details to the relevant supplier.

  • The supplier processes, packs, and ships the product directly to the shipping address you provide.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery times and, where available, tracking information provided by the supplier.

Please note that we do not control or influence the shipping process, as it is managed entirely by the supplier and their shipping carrier.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier’s location, the product, and your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation email. Typical processing and shipping times are:

  • Order Processing: 1-5 business days (handled by the supplier).

  • Delivery: 5-20 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

These are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays, carrier performance, or customs processing for international orders. Discipline Therapy is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery.
