At Discipline Therapy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. As a drop shipping service, we work with trusted suppliers to deliver high-quality gym equipment directly to you. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns for eligible orders are handled directly by our suppliers under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout, you may contact the supplier to request a refund. You must initiate this request within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may contact the supplier to request a refund or replacement. You must notify the supplier within 7 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos of the damage).

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you may contact the supplier to request a refund or replacement. You must notify the supplier within 7 days of delivery.

  • Change of Mind: Due to our drop shipping model, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be considered by the supplier on a case-by-case basis, subject to their approval and potential restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Used or assembled gym equipment

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage or defects).

  3. We will coordinate with our supplier to approve the return and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and ship it to the designated address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item) or a defective product.

Please note that, as a drop shipping service, we do not physically handle the products. Returns are processed through our suppliers, which may affect processing times.
